While he is the visionary behind some of Utah’s most iconic concepts—from the high-energy, resort-style vibes of Sunday’s Best to the focused, artisanal simplicity of Noodlehead—Provisions remains his culinary home base. It is here that Tyler’s obsession with "small-batch cookery" and wood-fired mastery takes center stage.
