Tyler Stokes
Executive Chef/Owner
Chef Tyler Stokes
For twelve years, Tyler Stokes fed Salt Lake City from the kitchen of Provisions — a neighborhood restaurant that became one of the city's most awarded tables, earning three Best of Salt Lake Valley honors and a Chef of the Year title along the way. But ask him what he's proudest of, and it won't be the trophies. It'll be the regulars who became family, the anniversaries and birthdays and last suppers he was trusted to cook, and a dining room that turned into a second home for so many.
[Tyler's cooking began — add origin: where you trained / grew up / the moment food clicked]. What's stayed constant ever since is a point of view: ingredient-driven, seasonal, and unafraid — food that's polished enough for a special occasion and warm enough to feel like a friend cooked it for you. Casual, but elevated. Serious about the craft, never about itself.
After more than a decade in one room, Tyler made a deliberate choice: instead of being tied to a single address, take the cooking to more of them. Reserve is what that looks like — the same chef, the same standard, now free to focus entirely on the nights that matter most.
